Art. 47999. Wniosek o zabezpieczenie środka dowodowego powinien odpowiadać wymaganiom przepisanym dla pisma procesowego, a ponadto zawierać:

1) określenie środka dowodowego i sposobu jego zabezpieczenia;

2) uprawdopodobnienie okoliczności uzasadniających wniosek;

3) zwięzłe przedstawienie przedmiotu sprawy, gdy wniosek jest składany przed złożeniem pozwu.
