Art. 47952. W przypadku wniesienia odwołania od decyzji Prezesa Urzędu, sąd ochrony konkurencji i konsumentów może na wniosek strony, która wniosła odwołanie, wstrzymać wykonanie decyzji do czasu rozstrzygnięcia sprawy.
