Art. 479125. W sprawach rozpoznawanych według przepisów niniejszego rozdziału przepisy ustawy z dnia 30 czerwca 2000 r. – Prawo własności przemysłowej (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1170) o unieważnieniu lub stwierdzeniu wygaśnięcia prawa, stosuje się w zakresie, w jakim nie są one sprzeczne z przepisami niniejszego rozdziału.
