Art. 460.

§ 1. Zdolność sądową i procesową ma także:

1) pracodawca, choćby nie posiadał osobowości prawnej;

2) okręgowy inspektor pracy – w sprawach z zakresu prawa pracy;

3) organ rentowy i wojewódzki zespół do spraw orzekania o niepełnosprawności – w sprawach z zakresu ubezpieczeń społecznych.

§ 2. W razie potrzeby ustanowienia dla strony kuratora, postanowienie, o którym mowa w art. 69, może zapaść również z urzędu.
