Art. 447.

§ 1. Na wniosek osoby, która po śmierci jednego z małżonków zamierza wytoczyć powództwo o unieważnienie małżeństwa, sąd rejonowy miejsca zamieszkania zmarłego ustanawia kuratora. Jeżeli zmarli obydwoje małżonkowie, ustanawia się dwóch kuratorów.

§ 2. Przepis paragrafu poprzedzającego stosuje się odpowiednio do powództwa o ustalenie istnienia lub nieistnienia małżeństwa.
