Art. 4242. W wypadkach określonych w art. 4241 skargę może wnieść także Prokurator Generalny, jeżeli niezgodność wyroku z prawem wynika z naruszenia podstawowych zasad porządku prawnego, Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich – jeżeli niezgodność wyroku z prawem wynika z naruszenia konstytucyjnych wolności albo praw człowieka i obywatela, albo Rzecznik Praw Dziecka – jeżeli niezgodność wyroku z prawem wynika z naruszenia praw dziecka.
