Art. 372.

§ 1. Powództwo o roszczenie wynikające z czynności bankowej przeciwko bankowi, innej jednostce organizacyjnej uprawnionej do wykonywania czynności bankowych lub ich następcom prawnym można wytoczyć przed sąd właściwy dla miejsca zamieszkania albo siedziby powoda.

§ 2. Przepis § 1 stosuje się także do powództwa przeciwko bankowi hipotecznemu lub jego następcy prawnemu o roszczenie wynikające z czynności banku hipotecznego.
