Art. 367.

§ 1. Od wyroku sądu pierwszej instancji przysługuje apelacja do sądu drugiej instancji.

§ 2. Apelację od wyroku sądu rejonowego rozpoznaje sąd okręgowy, a od wyroku sądu okręgowego jako pierwszej instancji – sąd apelacyjny.

§ 3. (uchylony)

§ 31. Sąd może zlecić przeprowadzenie dowodu sędziemu wyznaczonemu, także gdy przyczyni się to do przyspieszenia postępowania.
