Art. 3271.

§ 1. Uzasadnienie wyroku powinno zawierać:

1) wskazanie podstawy faktycznej rozstrzygnięcia, obejmującej ustalenie faktów, które sąd uznał za udowodnione, dowodów, na których się oparł, i przyczyn, dla których innym dowodom odmówił wiarygodności i mocy dowodowej;

2) wyjaśnienie podstawy prawnej wyroku z przytoczeniem przepisów prawa.

§ 2. Uzasadnienie wyroku sporządza się w sposób zwięzły.
