Art. 319¹. Jeżeli z czynności prawnej, ustawy albo orzeczenia sądowego będącego źródłem zobowiązania wynika, że świadczenie pieniężne może być spełnione wyłącznie w walucie obcej, sąd, uwzględniając powództwo, zastrzega, że spełnienie tego świadczenia nastąpi wyłącznie w walucie obcej.
