Art. 301. Jeżeli powództwo jest wytoczone przez prokuratora lub organizację pozarządową na rzecz oznaczonej osoby, przesłuchuje się w charakterze strony powodowej tę osobę, chociażby nie przystąpiła ona do sprawy.
