Art. 274.

§ 1. Za nieusprawiedliwione niestawiennictwo sąd skaże świadka na grzywnę, po czym wezwie go powtórnie, a w razie ponownego niestawiennictwa skaże go na ponowną grzywnę i może zarządzić jego przymusowe sprowadzenie.

§ 2. Przepis paragrafu poprzedzającego stosuje się odpowiednio do świadka, który oddalił się bez zezwolenia przewodniczącego.
