Art. 2631. Strona może sprzeciwić się przesłuchaniu świadka poza salą sądową w ramach posiedzenia zdalnego, niepóźniej jednak niż w terminie 7 dni od dnia uzyskania informacji o zamiarze przeprowadzenia dowodu w taki sposób. W razie skutecznego wniesienia sprzeciwu sąd wzywa świadka do osobistego stawiennictwa na sali sądowej.
