§ 2². Od obowiązku udostępnienia informatycznego nośnika danych zwolniony jest ten, kto na pytanie, czy dokument sporządzono na tym informatycznym nośniku danych lub czy pochodzi on od niego, mógłby jako świadek odmówić zeznań.
