Art. 23. W sprawach o istnienie, unieważnienie albo rozwiązanie umowy najmu lub dzierżawy, o wydanie albo odebranie przedmiotu najmu lub dzierżawy, wartość przedmiotu sporu stanowi przy umowach zawartych na czas oznaczony – suma czynszu za czas sporny, lecz niewięcej niż za rok; przy umowach zawartych na czas nieoznaczony – suma czynszu za okres trzech miesięcy.
