Art. 23¹. W sprawach o roszczenia pracowników dotyczące nawiązania, istnienia lub rozwiązania stosunku pracy wartość przedmiotu sporu stanowi, przy umowach na czas określony – suma wynagrodzenia za pracę za okres sporny, lecz niewięcej niż za rok, a przy umowach na czas nieokreślony – za okres jednego roku.
