Art. 222. Oddalając zarzuty, których uwzględnienie uzasadniałoby odrzucenie pozwu, sąd wyda oddzielne postanowienie i może wstrzymać dalsze rozpoznanie sprawy, aż do uprawomocnienia się tego postanowienia. Oddalenie innych zarzutów formalnych sąd stwierdza w uzasadnieniu orzeczenia kończącego postępowanie, przytaczając powody rozstrzygnięcia.
