Art. 2061. Rozprawę należy przygotować tak, aby nie było przeszkód do rozstrzygnięcia sprawy na pierwszym posiedzeniu na nią wyznaczonym. Więcej posiedzeń niż jedno wyznacza się tylko w razie konieczności, zwłaszcza gdy przeprowadzenie wszystkich dowodów na jednym posiedzeniu nie jest możliwe. W takim przypadku posiedzenia powinny odbywać się w kolejnych dniach, a jeżeli nie jest to możliwe – tak, aby upływ czasu pomiędzy kolejnymi posiedzeniami nie był nadmierny.
