Art. 186¹. Pismo, które zostało wniesione jako pozew, a z którego nie wynika żądanie rozstrzygnięcia sporu o charakterze sprawy cywilnej, przewodniczący zwraca wnoszącemu bez żadnych dalszych czynności, chyba że wyjątkowe okoliczności uzasadniają nadanie mu biegu.
