Art. 18311. Mediator niezwłocznie ustala termin i miejsce posiedzenia mediacyjnego. Wyznaczenie posiedzenia mediacyjnego nie jest wymagane, jeżeli strony zgodzą się na przeprowadzenie mediacji bez posiedzenia mediacyjnego. Mediator może przeprowadzić posiedzenie mediacyjne przy użyciu urządzeń technicznych umożliwiających jego przeprowadzenie na odległość, jeżeli strony wyrażą na to zgodę.
