Art. 154.

§ 1. Podczas posiedzenia odbywającego się przy drzwiach zamkniętych mogą być obecni na sali: strony, interwenienci uboczni, ich przedstawiciele ustawowi i pełnomocnicy, prokurator oraz osoby zaufania po dwie z każdej strony. Przepisów o posiedzeniu zdalnym nie stosuje się, chyba że wszyscy uczestnicy czynności przebywają w budynkach sądowych.

§ 2. Ogłoszenie orzeczenia kończącego postępowanie w sprawie odbywa się publicznie.
