Kodeks postępowania cywilnegoArt. 1213¹. § 1

§ 1. O uznaniu albo stwierdzeniu wykonalności wyroku sądu polubownego lub ugody przed nim zawartej orzeka sąd apelacyjny, na obszarze którego znajduje się sąd, który byłby właściwy do rozpoznania sprawy, gdyby strony nie dokonały zapisu na sąd polubowny, a w braku tej podstawy – Sąd Apelacyjny w Warszawie.
