Art. 1212.

§ 1. Wyrok sądu polubownego lub ugoda przed nim zawarta mają moc prawną na równi z wyrokiem sądu lub ugodą zawartą przed sądem po ich uznaniu przez sąd albo po stwierdzeniu przez sąd ich wykonalności.

§ 2. Wyrok sądu polubownego lub ugoda przed nim zawarta niezależnie od tego, w jakim państwie zostały wydane, podlegają uznaniu albo stwierdzeniu wykonalności na zasadach określonych w niniejszym tytule.
