Art. 1142⁷. Postanowienie o wydaniu, sprostowaniu, zmianie lub uchyleniu europejskiego poświadczenia spadkowego albo o zawieszeniu jego skutków oraz postanowienie o zmianie albo uchyleniu tych postanowień sąd niezwłocznie wpisuje, za pośrednictwem systemu teleinformatycznego, o którym mowa w art. 95i § 1 ustawy z dnia 14 lutego 1991 r. – Prawo o notariacie, do Rejestru Spadkowego.
