Art. 10981. Jeżeli rozstrzygnięcie sprawy zależy od wyniku innego postępowania w sprawie cywilnej toczącego się przed sądem lub innym organem państwa obcego, sąd może zawiesić postępowanie z urzędu, chyba że orzeczenie, które ma wydać sąd albo inny organ państwa obcego, nie spełni przesłanek jego uznania w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
