Art. 1064. Minister Sprawiedliwości określi, w drodze rozporządzenia, sposób prowadzenia egzekucji grzywien i kar pieniężnych orzeczonych w postępowaniu cywilnym, a także kosztów sądowych w sprawach cywilnych, przysługujących Skarbowi Państwa, mając na uwadze sprawność i skuteczność postępowania egzekucyjnego.
