Art. 10648. Wydając postanowienie o wszczęciu egzekucji przez zarząd przymusowy, sąd przesyła do sądu właściwego do prowadzenia księgi wieczystej dla nieruchomości wchodzącej w skład przedsiębiorstwa lub gospodarstwa rolnego wniosek o dokonanie wpisu o ustanowienie zarządu przymusowego we właściwej księdze wieczystej lub o złożenie wniosku do zbioru dokumentów.
