Art. 106419.

§ 1. Sąd zarządzi zamieszczenie ogłoszenia postanowienia, o którym mowa w art. 106416 § 1, w Monitorze Sądowym i Gospodarczym oraz na stronie internetowej Krajowej Rady Komorniczej. Sąd może również zarządzić zamieszczenie tego ogłoszenia w dzienniku lub czasopiśmie poczytnym w danej miejscowości właściwej ze względu na miejsce położenia nieruchomości wchodzącej w skład przedsiębiorstwa lub gospodarstwa rolnego.

§ 2. O wydaniu postanowienia nakazującego sprzedaż zarządca zawiadomi uczestników stosownie do art. 954.
