Art. 106414.

§ 1. Egzekucja przez sprzedaż przedsiębiorstwa lub gospodarstwa rolnego należy do sądu, w którego okręgu znajduje się siedziba przedsiębiorstwa dłużnika lub w którym dłużnik ma gospodarstwo rolne.

§ 2. Do egzekucji przez sprzedaż przedsiębiorstwa lub gospodarstwa rolnego dłużnika stosuje się odpowiednio przepisy o egzekucji z nieruchomości, jeżeli przepisy niniejszego rozdziału nie stanowią inaczej.
