Art. 96g.

§ 1. Mediator powinien zachować bezstronność przy prowadzeniu mediacji i niezwłocznie ujawnić okoliczności, które mogłyby wzbudzić wątpliwość co do jego bezstronności, w tym odpowiednio okoliczności, o których mowa w art. 24 § 1 i 2.

§ 2. Mediator odmawia przeprowadzenia mediacji w przypadku wątpliwości co do jego bezstronności i niezwłocznie zawiadamia o tym uczestników mediacji oraz organ administracji publicznej, jeżeli nie jest on uczestnikiem mediacji.
