Art. 257. Zwierzchni nadzór nad przyjmowaniem i załatwianiem skarg i wniosków składanych do sądów sprawuje Krajowa Rada Sądownictwa, a do innych organów i jednostek organizacyjnych – Prezes Rady Ministrów.
