Art. 248.

§ 1. Skargi i wnioski przekazane przez redakcje prasowe, radiowe i telewizyjne do organów właściwych w myśl art. 228–230 i 242 podlegają rozpatrzeniu i załatwieniu w trybie określonym w przepisach rozdziałów 2 i 3 niniejszego działu.

§ 2. Właściwy organ zawiadamia w przepisanym terminie o sposobie załatwienia skargi lub wniosku albo o ich przekazaniu innemu organowi w celu załatwienia również redakcję, jeżeli zażądała takiego zawiadomienia.
