Art. 246.

§ 1. Wnioskodawcy niezadowolonemu ze sposobu załatwienia wniosku służy prawo wniesienia skargi w trybie określonym w rozdziale 2 niniejszego działu.

§ 2. Wnioskodawcy służy prawo wniesienia skargi w przypadku niezałatwienia wniosku w terminie określonym w art. 244 albo wskazanym w zawiadomieniu (art. 245).
