Art. 231.

§ 1. Jeżeli organ, który otrzymał skargę, nie jest właściwy do jej rozpatrzenia, obowiązany jest niezwłocznie, nie później jednak niż w terminie siedmiu dni, przekazać ją właściwemu organowi, zawiadamiając równocześnie o tym skarżącego, albo wskazać mu właściwy organ.

§ 2. Informacje, o których mowa w art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia 2016/679, w zakresie danych przetwarzanych przez organ przekazujący skargę, dołącza się do zawiadomienia o przekazaniu skargi.
