§ 1. Postępowanie dowodowe jest ograniczone do dowodów zgłoszonych przez stronę, łącznie z żądaniem wszczęcia postępowania, oraz dowodów możliwych do ustalenia na podstawie danych, którymi dysponuje organ prowadzący postępowanie.

§ 2. W sprawach rozpoznawanych w postępowaniu uproszczonym nie stosuje się przepisu art. 81.
