Art. 122g. Do spraw załatwionych milcząco przepisy rozdziałów 12 i 13 w dziale II stosuje się odpowiednio. Przyjmuje się, że skutek wydania decyzji ostatecznej powstał w terminie czternastu dni od dnia upływu terminu, o którym mowa w art. 122c
