Art. 929. Uznania spadkobiercy za niegodnego może żądać każdy, kto ma w tym interes. Z żądaniem takim może wystąpić w ciągu roku od dnia, w którym dowiedział się o przyczynie niegodności, niepóźniej jednak niż przed upływem lat trzech od otwarcia spadku.
