Art. 918.

§ 1. Uchylenie się od skutków prawnych ugody zawartej pod wpływem błędu jest dopuszczalne tylko wtedy, gdy błąd dotyczy stanu faktycznego, który według treści ugody obie strony uważały za niewątpliwy, a spór albo niepewność nie byłyby powstały, gdyby w chwili zawarcia ugody strony wiedziały o prawdziwym stanie rzeczy.

§ 2. Nie można uchylić się od skutków prawnych ugody z powodu odnalezienia dowodów co do roszczeń, których ugoda dotyczy, chyba że została zawarta w złej wierze.
