Art. 915. Przepisy dwóch artykułów poprzedzających stosuje się odpowiednio do umów, przez które nabywca nieruchomości zobowiązał się, w celu zapewnienia zbywcy dożywotniego utrzymania, do obciążenia nieruchomości użytkowaniem z ograniczeniem jego wykonywania do części nieruchomości.
