Art. 901.

§ 1. Przedstawiciel osoby ubezwłasnowolnionej może żądać rozwiązania umowy darowizny dokonanej przez tę osobę przed ubezwłasnowolnieniem, jeżeli darowizna ze względu na wartość świadczenia i brak uzasadnionych pobudek jest nadmierna.

§ 2. Rozwiązania umowy darowizny nie można żądać po upływie dwóch lat od jej wykonania.
