Art. 859⁵. Umowę składu zawartą na czas nieoznaczony przedsiębiorca składowy może wypowiedzieć listem poleconym albo na adres do doręczeń elektronicznych, o którym mowa w art. 2 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 18 listopada 2020 r. o doręczeniach elektronicznych, z zachowaniem terminu miesięcznego, jednakże niewcześniej niż po upływie 2 miesięcy od złożenia rzeczy.
