§ 1. Jeżeli nie umówiono się inaczej, odpowiedzialność ubezpieczyciela rozpoczyna się od dnia następującego po zawarciu umowy, niewcześniej jednak niż od dnia następnego po zapłaceniu składki lub jej pierwszej raty.
