Art. 682. Jeżeli przedsiębiorca otrzymał od osoby, z którą pozostaje w stałych stosunkach gospodarczych, ofertę zawarcia umowy w ramach swej działalności, brak niezwłocznej odpowiedzi poczytuje się za przyjęcie oferty.
