§ 1. Jeżeli wskutek wypowiedzenia najmu przez nabywcę rzeczy najętej najemca jest zmuszony zwrócić rzecz wcześniej, aniżeli byłby zobowiązany według umowy najmu, może on żądać od zbywcy naprawienia szkody.
