§ 1. Dla zabezpieczenia czynszu oraz świadczeń dodatkowych, z którymi najemca zalega niedłużej niż rok, przysługuje wynajmującemu ustawowe prawo zastawu na rzeczach ruchomych najemcy wniesionych do przedmiotu najmu, chyba że rzeczy te nie podlegają zajęciu.
