Art. 666.

§ 1. Najemca powinien przez czas trwania najmu używać rzeczy najętej w sposób w umowie określony, a gdy umowa nie określa sposobu używania – w sposób odpowiadający właściwościom i przeznaczeniu rzeczy.

§ 2. Jeżeli w czasie trwania najmu okaże się potrzeba napraw, które obciążają wynajmującego, najemca powinien zawiadomić go o tym niezwłocznie.
