Art. 63.

§ 1. Jeżeli do dokonania czynności prawnej potrzebna jest zgoda osoby trzeciej, osoba ta może wyrazić zgodę także przed złożeniem oświadczenia przez osoby dokonywające czynności albo po jego złożeniu. Zgoda wyrażona po złożeniu oświadczenia ma moc wsteczną od jego daty.

§ 2. Jeżeli do ważności czynności prawnej wymagana jest forma szczególna, oświadczenie obejmujące zgodę osoby trzeciej powinno być złożone w tej samej formie.
