Art. 635. Jeżeli przyjmujący zamówienie opóźnia się z rozpoczęciem lub wykończeniem dzieła tak dalece, że nie jest prawdopodobne, żeby zdołał je ukończyć w czasie umówionym, zamawiający może bez wyznaczenia terminu dodatkowego od umowy odstąpić jeszcze przed upływem terminu do wykonania dzieła.
