§ 2. Jeżeli jednak wskutek zmiany stosunków, której nie można było przewidzieć, wykonanie dzieła groziłoby przyjmującemu zamówienie rażącą stratą, sąd może podwyższyć ryczałt lub rozwiązać umowę.
