Art. 601. Jeżeli według umowy sprzedaży zawartej z osobą trzecią cena ma być zapłacona w terminie późniejszym, uprawniony do pierwokupu może z tego terminu skorzystać tylko wtedy, gdy zabezpieczy zapłatę ceny. Przepisu tego nie stosuje się, gdy uprawnionym jest państwowa jednostka organizacyjna.
